Michelle was recommended to us by our neighbor when we told them we were looking to sell our house. She came over the next day to talk to us and look at our property. Once she showed us her plan and strategy for listing and selling our home, we signed the contract and did a couple things to update the home before listing. The updates took longer than expected and she was patient and never made us feel rushed like we were holding her up. We were already stressing about it because the market was starting to change and we needed to sell the home!

Once we were done updating, she got someone there to take the pics and got it on the market at 9am on a Friday. We had a full price offer by that evening!
